Miami University

From 20 July - 15 August, a team of 16 students from Miami University, Oxford, OH, USA, is applying their education through a consulting project for the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA). This project is part of a interdisciplinary workshop course in Interactive Media Studies (IMS) which includes students studying marketing, engineering, journalism, and management. The course is part of a capstone experience that requires students to understand context, think critically, and engaging with others. The students are developing a strategic vision for the DHDA that incorporates trends in education, visualization technology, and sustainable business practices into a new Information Technology plan that can support the DHDA mission.

The Armstrong Institute for Interactive Media Studies is an interdisciplinary program at Miami University that examines how digital media is disrupting traditional disciplines.
